V-Sperm

Product Description

V-Sperm is a software package that greatly enhances the data management, storage and video capabilities of the SQA-V.  V-Sperm Gold is included with every SQA-V.

The software is installed on a PC and is Windows compatible.  V-Sperm Gold communicates with the SQA-V via a serial RS232 connection.

QwikCheck^TM Beads

Product Description

QwikCheck^TM beads is an FDA approved quality control material for use in automated and manual sperm counting systems.   The beads are for in-vitro use only and can be used to assess the accuracy and precision of the laboratory's sperm counting methods by providing a known target value.

QwikCheck^TM Liquefaction is an FDA approved kit used to promote and accelerate the liquefaction of highly viscous semen samples that remain viscous 30 minutes after collection.  The Liquefaction Kit can be used to better prepare viscous samples for automated or manual semen analysis, since viscosity can impact the accurate measurement of motility, concentration and antibody coating.

Product Description

QwikCheck^TM Dilution is an FDA approved kit used to dilute semen samples prior to automated or manual testing and for semen sample preparation.  The dilution media is Earl’s Balanced Salt solution which contains ingredients to support sperm motility and viability. This product is recommended by the WHO for semen sample preparation (WHO’99 fourth edition manual, P. 104).

Qwik Link LIS

Product Description

QwikCheck^TM Qwik Link LIS is a Windows application, stand alone module that is activated upon start-up of the V-Sperm PC and continues to run in the background of the SQA-V/V-Sperm Gold system. The program retrieves data from the V-sperm data base and sends it to an external host via an RS232 connection.  Semen analysis results are transferred to the lab information system quickly and accurately.
